GRAZE207 was Victoria's tiny catering dream. Starting out making party platters and appetizers for friends and family, her dream took a huge leap when her husband, Corey, bought a food truck.

Now the pair explore world flavors combined with local ingredients. Serving charcuterie, paninis and salads, the GRAZE207 food truck feeds the people of Central Maine.
